'We engaged Sports & Media Rights International (SMRI) to review our IMRO and PPI annual fees. They negotiate on our behalf to see if they can get the fees reduced and any refunds they obtain is then split 50/50.
We had tried it ourselves directly with no success, but SMRI secured a significant refund on this year's charges. The SMRI fee is only for current or previous years when savings are secured; however the reduced fee going forward is a 100% saving for the hotel.
